Unlocking Property Potential

I am frequently asked to describe the mission and skill set of MidCity. We say "we have vision," "we are innovative," "we can execute," etc. Those are all true but one term, "highest and best use" seems to say it all to me. This somewhat academic term focuses on the potential changes to a property and if those changes are financially feasible and will yield the highest risk adjusted financial return, physically possible and legally allowable.
